The following test procedures will be required to be undertaken for the new Velux Office Building.

A blower door test is meant to measure the air tightness of a building envelope. It to ensure proper quality of assemblies, connections and finishing. 

鼓风机门测试是为了测试整个楼体的气密性。是为了确保组装,连接和*终完工的质量。 

If the test results are not achieved, then any and all costs associated with engaging another contractor will be at the cost of the C700 General Works Contractor. 

如果测试结果未达标,所有相关的费用都将由C700 总承包商承担。 

Test Specification 测试详述 There are several indexes that can be used and we will specify the main one, which is called n50 (the air changes per hour at 50Pa pressure difference between indoor and outdoor,
